About Bill
Bill has been carving since the age of fifteen, where he learned under the eyes of his father John, a Master Chef trained in Europe. He has carved presentations for the Emperor of Japan, the last four governors of Georgia, Singing stars Elton John, Billy Joel, Amy Grant, Liza Minelli, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and Michael Jackson. He has also done pieces for Heavyweight Champion boxer Evander Holyfield, and singer Whitney Houston. Ted Turner has had several pieces done at his parties.
Bill can provide you with either a full sized ice carving from a 300 pound block or give you a computer designed logo or bridal piece that is perfect. These items cannot be duplicated by the human hand. In essence, they are perfect. Companies that would not allow their logos to be carved are now having them done by computer.
